Physical Therapy
For clients who are currently injured and unable or having difficulty performing their regular activities and/or hobbies. These sessions are more geared towards correcting movement patterns and reducing pain to help you get back to doing what you love.
Golf Performance Training
Golf specific training geared towards to improving your swing capabilities. By focusing on deficiencies found in your 14 point TPI screen, as well as any FMS/SFMA testing measures, we will work together on helping you be your best on the course. This program is more for clients who are not injured and are looking for performance/maintenance to improve their scores on the golf course.
Wellness/Performance Training
For clients who are no longer injured, but want to keep performing at their best. This program is for long-term maintenance similar to a personal trainer, however still under the guidance of a trained physical therapist. Performance training keeps clients from needing physical therapy by keeping you healthy and moving well.
Stretching
Tight joints? Limited ROM or muscle stiffness. Sign up for a full body stretching routine that is geared towards your needs. Feel better, relaxed, and more mobile after a stretching session with us.
